It's all about the experience.

Working in customer service in the past I know how important it is for a business. I have learned that even though it is one of the most important elements it isn't necessarily taught to everyone, it's more of an expectation. This book breaks down every aspect of the customer service journey and it also talks about how a bad experience in a business can ruin its credibility. I especially recommend this read to business owners to gain more knowledge on the teaching of customer service skills to their employees.

Decent book for those wanting to add to their knowlege of customer service

I was interested in this book as I have worked in the area of customer service in various capacities in the past. The book was a little gimmicky to me, but I suppose that makes it easy to read. I did enjoy some of the real world stories; that definitely made it easier to read. It is also well organized by topic and chapter. All in all this is a useful tool for building your customer service skills, but probably isn’t the only book you’ll ever need on the topic. I was provided a copy of this to read for my honest opinion.
