Un estilo muy particular de escribir

Me gust� su forma de escribir-profunda pero concreta. Dice mucho en pocas p�ginas y cada historia se queda grabada en la mente. No es un libro que se puede leer de golpe, sino que cada historia tiene que pensarse por separado y darse tiempo a "digerirla". Es el primer libro que leo de Alice Munro y me impact�. Abarca temas oscuros de la mente y otras dimensiones del pensamiento. No le doy m�s estrellas al libro porque pienso que los finales de las historias son abruptos, cortantes y a veces inentendibles.

Lo cierto es que las Matematicas es una ciencia que requiere de mucha imaginacion

Sere justa y empecere diciendo que de no ser por el Premio Nobel de Literatura jamas hubiera leido a Munro; Demasiada Felicidad ha sido mi introduccion a esta escritora, la verdad no me ha impresionado como esperaba sobre todo por el galardon pero en fin, es una literatura de facil digestion, simple y al mismo tiempo un tanto interesante, muy recomendable para aquellos que aman las historias cortas. Mi historia favorita sin duda, es la ultima, Sofia Kovalevski, es uno de mis personajes favoritos.

Le� este libro para un grupo de lectura. Lo propusimos porque Alice Munro hab�a ganado recientemente el Nobel y fue un excelente descubrimiento. Yo y las dem�s integrantres del grupo realmente disfrutamos el libro. Los dos primeros cuentos son realmente increibles, �qu� creatividad y manejo de la lengua! Son tan fuertes y conmovedores que necesariamente hay que pensar y reflexionar despues de la lectura de cada uno.
